Calibration of vacuum measuring instruments from the atmosphere up to the pressure range 10-3 mbar. The calibration of the measuring heads is carried out using the Leybold Gmbh CS3 calibration station. The quality of the calibration method is ensured by high precision CTR capacitive vacuum gauges on the CS3.
